ScheduleElectric utilities with generating capacity of 250 MW or greater must file ten-year site plans by the first working day of April every year.

ScheduleOn or before April 1, each municipal electric utility and rural electric cooperative shall submit an annual report detailing standards for the use of renewable energy resources and energy conservation and efficiency measures.
Policy AreaEnergy Efficiency and Conservation Act
ScheduleThe Commission shall require periodic reports from each utility and shall provide the Legislature and the Governor with an annual report by March 1st of the goals it has adopted and its progress toward meeting energy efficiency and conservation goals.
