Policy AreaRenewable Portfolio Standard
ScheduleNo later than April 15 annually, or another annual date specified by the commission by rule, an electric provider shall submit a report to the commission that identifies the electric provider's renewable energy percentage for the previous year and describes the electric provider's compliance with renewable portfolio standards.
Policy AreaEnergy Efficiency Programs
ScheduleAt least every 4 years, after notice and opportunity to be heard, the commission shall, by order, evaluate the energy efficiency and renewable resource programs offered by utilities. Annually, the commission shall prepare a statement that describes the programs administered or funded by the energy utility and presents cost and benefit information for those programs. An energy utility shall provide each of its customers with a copy of the statement.
