Policy AreaRenewable Energy Standard
ScheduleEvery electricity generating entity or company operating electricity generation facilities in Oklahoma shall report to the Commission by March 1 each year.
Policy AreaIntegrated Resource Plan
ScheduleEach utility's first integrated resource plan was due on October 1, 2006, and subsequent plans shall be due every three (3) years thereafter, unless otherwise ordered by the Commission.
Policy AreaEnergy Efficiency and Demand Response Program Report
ScheduleEach utility shall report by June 1 of each year on the performance of energy efficiency and demand response programs for the preceding program year and cumulative program performance.
Policy AreaDemand Programs
ScheduleAll electric utilities under rate regulation by the Commission and with more than 10,000 meters in Oklahoma shall propose and be responsible for a demand program portfolio at least once every three years. Such proposals shall be made by filing an application with the Commission on or before July 1 prior to the year the programs will be effective.
