Policy AreaEnergy Efficiency Program Report and Application
ScheduleEach utility providing energy efficiency programs shall file an application every three years in addition to an annual report according to dates established in the state code.
Policy AreaIntegrated Resource Plan
SchedulePublic utilities supplying electric service to customers shall file an integrated resource plan (IRP), along with an action plan, with the Commission every three years. Initial filings dates are determined based on utility size to establish schedule moving forward.
Policy AreaRenewable Energy Act Plan
ScheduleOn or before July 1 of each year, each public utility must file with the commission an annual Renewable Energy Act plan. The filing schedule is staggered as established in the state code, with each of the investor-owned utility filings occurring one month apart, the last filing to be made July 1 of each year.
