ScheduleEach electric utility shall file an annual Renewable Electricity Standard (RES) compliance plan with the commission no later than April 15.
Policy AreaDemand-Side Program Annual Report
ScheduleEach electric utility with one or more approved demand-side programs shall file an annual report by no later than ninety days after the end of each program year.
Policy AreaElectric Utility Resource Planning
ScheduleEach electric utility which sold more than one million megawatt-hours to Missouri retail electric customers for calendar year 2009 shall make a filing with the commission every three years on April 1. Utility filings are staggered one year apart as established in regulation.
