ScheduleBeginning in 2017, electricity suppliers must petition the Commission for approval of EE goals, programs, budgets, and evaluation procedures at least once every three years.

Policy AreaVoluntary Clean Energy Portfolio Standard (CHOICE) Program

ScheduleBeginning in 2014, each participating electricity supplier shall report to the Commission no later than March 1st of each year on its participation in the Comprehensive Hoosier Option to Incentivize Cleaner Energy (CHOICE) Program, including efforts to meet Clean Portfolio Standard (CPS) goals, the total amount of renewable energy supplied, and the number of clean energy credits purchased.

Policy AreaIntegrated Resource Plan

ScheduleUtilities are required to submit integrated resource plans (IRPs) with the Commission every three years according to the following schedule: By November 1, 2017 and every three years thereafter for Indiana Municipal Power Agency, Hoosier Energy Rural Electric Cooperative, and Wabash Valley Power Authority. By November 1, 2018 and every three years thereafter for Duke Energy Indiana and Indiana Michigan Power Company. By November 1, 2019 and every three years thereafter for Indianapolis Power & Light Company, Northern Indiana Public Service Company, and Souther Indiana Gas and Electric Company.
