Policy AreaRenewable Energy Standard Annual Compliance Report

ScheduleEach investor owned and cooperative electric association qualifying retail utility (QRU) shall file an annual compliance report no later than June 1st to report on the status of the QRU’s compliance with the renewable energy standard for the most recently completed compliance year.

Policy AreaElectric Resource Plan

ScheduleJurisdictional electric utilities shall file a resource plan with the Colorado Public Service Commission every four years beginning October 31, 2015. Jurisdictional electric utilities may also file interim plans.

Policy AreaAnnual Report on Energy Utility Demand-Side Management

ScheduleEach investor-owned electric utility shall submit an annual report to the commission describing the demand-side management (DSM) programs implemented by the electric utility in the previous year. Starting in 2022 and at least every four years thereafter, each investor-owned gas distribution utility shall file an application to open a DSM strategic issues proceeding to develop energy savings targets.
