Policy AreaElectric Energy Efficiency Rules
ScheduleUtilities must file implementation plans by June 1 every other year (odd years), and may also elect to file annual implementation plans. Utilities must submit a progress report on DSM programs by March 1 each year.
Policy AreaRenewable Energy Standard and Tariff (REST)
ScheduleBeginning on April 1, 2007, each affected utility must file a compliance report with Docket Control by April 1 each year. Beginning July 1, 2007, each affected utility must file an implementation plan with Docket Control by July 1 each year.
Policy AreaIntegrated Resource Plan
ScheduleBy April 1 of each even year, load-serving entities must file a 15-year resource plan and accompanying three-year action plan with Docket Control. By April 1 of each odd year, load-serving entities must file a work plan with Docket Control that outlines the 15-year resource plan and methods for how it will be carried out.
