Policy AreaIntegrated Resource Plan
ScheduleEach utility shall submit a Resource Plan with the Arkansas Public Service Commission at least once every three years for informational purposes. Each utility may determine the term of its resource planning cycle from one to three years. Within 30 days of January 4, 2007, each utility must submit to the Commission in writing its proposed resource planning cycle term.
Policy AreaEnergy Efficiency Program
ScheduleAll electric and gas utilities shall propose and administer cost-effective energy efficiency programs within their service territory. The initial filings of quick start/pilot energy efficiency programs covering program years 2007-2009 shall be filed by July 1, 2007. Beginning April 1, 2009, each electric and gas utility shall file a comprehensive set of program plans (for program years 2010 and later) unless administration of programs has been previously delegated by the Commission, in which case each administrator shall file a comprehensive set of program plans by that date. By May 1 annually, each electric and gas utility shall file an annual report addressing the performance of all approved conservation and energy efficiency programs.
