ScheduleThe Commission shall direct each electrical corporation to annually prepare a renewable energy procurement plan. The schedule for filing draft and final procurement plans is set out by an assigned Commissioner ruling in
the RPS proceeding (currently R.18-07-003) and may vary each year.

ScheduleLoad-serving entities are required to file integrated resource plans with the California Public Utilities Commission every two years, starting August 1, 2018 and on May 1 of each even-number calendar year thereafter.
Policy AreaEnergy Efficiency Portfolio
ScheduleIn order to modify the previous rolling portfolio process, program administrators are required to file a budget advice letter for program years 2022 and 2023 by September 1, 2021. A new energy efficiency program portfolio filing (2024-2027) is due February 15, 2022, and every four years thereafter. A new energy efficiency business plan (covering 2024-2031) is also due February 15, 2022, and every eight years thereafter.
