Verified Petition Of Duke Energy Indiana, Inc., Pursuant To Indiana Code Sections 8-1-8.4-1 Et Seq., 8-1-2-19, And 8-1-2-42, Seeking (1) Approval Of An Ongoing Review Progress Report And Associated Costs; (2) A Modification To Its Phase I Certificate Of Public Convenience And Necessity For Federally Mandated Compliance Projects At A Generating Facility Pursuant To Ind.
